Printing in PDF format
Printing (transformation) to PDF format is most simple among all examined operations. During installation, Adobe Acrobat embeds the own panel in the most popular third-party applications. For example, in Word editor there will be Adobe PDF panel with Convert to Adobe PDF (to transform to Adobe PDF), Convert to Adobe PDF and EMail (to transform to Adobe PDF and e-mail), and Convert to Adobe PDF and Send to Review (to transform to Adobe PDF and sending to editor or proof-reader), and also Change Conversion Settings (to change the transformation parameters). Also Word editor will be received the Acrobat Comments panel.
If in application there is no special PDF panel, execute printing as usual with selection Adobe PDF or Distiller as printer driver.
Before transformation in PDF format check up this operation parameters by clicking the Property button after choosing the appropriate printer in the Print dialog box.
